On ensuring the implementation of Decree No. 4248 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 30, 2023 "On the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic"
In order to ensure the implementation of Decree No. 4248 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 30, 2023 "On the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic":
       
1. The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan should submit its proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan in case of the need for financing for the implementation of the plan of events for the 100th anniversary of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
2. The implementation of this Order should be entrusted to the Department of Humanitarian Affairs of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
3. This Decree enters into force on the day of its signing.
